About

I am a PhD candidate at the Department of Natural History working on the SusHydro project, which is part of the Interdisciplinary Sustainable Initiatives at NTNU.

The overall aim of my PhD project is to understand how environmental variation affects freshwater communities along biogeographical and environmental gradients, focusing on hydropower-induced environmental variation. The PhD position is a part of SusHydro work package 7: Regionalization of hydropower impacts.

Research interests

Freshwater ecology, community ecology, benthic invertebrates, management of natural resources.
