Jakob Maximilian Odenwald
About
I am a mechanical engineer with a focus on product development and robotics, and have been working on the development of and for automatic air and sea vehicles for several years. Within the topic “Marine Robotics for Autonomous Large-scale Environmental Characterization”, I work on identifying and counteracting bottlenecks that prevent large-scale collection of marine environmental data. This includes the development and testing of hardware and software concepts that improve upon the deployment, capability, and complexity of automated vehicles.
My supervisors: Oscar Pizarro, Martin Steinert
