Background and activities

I am an Associate Professor of French literature at the Department of Language and Literature, section for French studies.

I am happy to supervise bachelor- and master dissertations within French literature of all genres and from most periods, as well as within French media- and book history. My research interests primarily lie within eighteenth-century studies, the history of the novel, periodical studies, travel writing, literary appropriation, rewriting, and the history of translation. I am also interested in contemporary French literature, comics and graphic novels.
