Background and activities
I am interested in the study and development of solid state electrolytes to enable next generation battery technologies. Specifically, I work with understanding how such materials conduct Li ions and how to increase the ionic conductivity.
I use molecular dynamics simulations to study Li-ion transport in solid polymer electrolytes.
In addition, I do wet synthesis and characterisation of potential solid-state oxide-based electrolytes.
