How to get here
NTNU Gjøvik is situated in Kallerud, only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Gjøvik, and less than 20 minutes away from the bus and train station.
Gjøvik is located in the central eastern part of Norway, about 140 kilometres north of Oslo. Trains and buses run between Gjøvik and Oslo several times a day, with the TIMEkspressen bus service stopping at Gardermoen, Oslo's main international airport. Northbound trains to Trondheim and Bodø can be taken from Lillehammer, only an hour to the north by bus.

Bus 37 stops by the university. Bus 31, 32 and 36 stop by the roundabout at Kallerud (about 200 metres from the university).
There are few parking lots around the University, it is recommended to use public transportation or to park in the parking house at Kallerud in Merkantilvegen.
Student and staff are obliged to have a visible parking disc in the car. Parking discs are distributed at the Student Centre in Building G. The parking disc does not guarantee, but gives permission to park within marked areas.
