Reflexive Dramaturgy (Vagn Lid 2018) seeks to explore and develop the potential of dramaturgy as a reflexive practice grounded in the reciprocal (dialectical) exchange between artistic practice and theory. In this perspective, dramaturgy’s potential is understood both as a point of encounter — a space in between — the «purely» performative and the more «distanced» theoretical dimensions of the performing arts, and as a meeting point between different specializations and institutional demarcations, both academic and artistic.
