Myeloma immunogenomics

We use single-cell sequencing and bioinformatics to define immune profiles, uncover mechanisms of immune dysregulation, and identify predictive markers, with the aim of enabling personalized immunotherapy in multiple myeloma.

We investigate how the immune cell compartment influences disease progression and treatment response, combining single-cell approaches with flow cytometry and functional assays to characterize immune cell states and function. Our goal is to identify predictive immunoprofiles that can improve patient stratification and guide clinical decision-making, as well as reveal novel immune-associated therapeutic targets.

In addition, we aim to establish new approaches to integrate epigenetic profiling, including DNA methylation, with computational modeling to develop future diagnostic and risk stratification tools in myeloma.
