What is a student representative?
The Programme of Study Representatives and the Department Representatives are represented in The student government. Every term the students run an election for positions as department representatives. The Department Representatives are associated with the student council at the Faculty of Social and Educational Sciences.
The Programme of Study Representatives and the Department Representatives have signed a declaration of confidentiality.
You can contact one of our department representatives if you have any questions or feedback related to your study programme or your rights as a student.
You can also contact your programme of study representatives if you have questions related to your study programme.
Every course has a reference group. The reference group should be made up of a subset of the course's students whose job is to evaluate the course and write a report. If you have feedback on a course, please contact the reference group. They can take matters to the Programme of Study Representatives or the Department Representatives if necessary. You can find the reference groups on Blackboard.
You can also report problems that are not directly related to the curricular activities by using NTNU Speak up.
