Prices

The conference fee is paid in NOKs, which is the currency of Norway and include access to all the conference sessions, Early career researcher event (max 50 participants), 2 lunches, coffee breaks, Organ Recital in the Nidaros Cathedral and Conference Dinner. 

The last day for early bird registration is June 30, 2023.

*All members of the Nordic Metabolomics Society that are graduate students (Masters or PhD) or within 5 years post PhD while being in a training position (e.g. post-doc) are considered early-career researcher. In certain cases where someone is beyond the 5-year post-PhD limit, exceptions can be made if time off was taken for e.g. parental leave.

Travel grants for early career researchers

We will provide up to 20 travel grants (5000 NOK) for Early Career Researchers* submitting abstracts for NMC2023. Applications for travel grants should be submitted to nmc2023@isb.ntnu.no using the current format: "Travel grant application_teamplate_NMC2023.docx (word-document)".

Awarded travel grants will be notified as soon as possible after the submission deadline. Please note that the abstract must be submitted in the same mail as the travel grant application.
