The Minerals and Material Characterisation, MiMac, organises annual workshops on different topics related to minerals and materials, focusing in particular on how the available instruments and associated competence can be used to tackle particular challenges related to utilising mineral resources. 

The next workshop will be a lunch-to-lunch-seminar in Trondheim on March 13th – 14th, 2024 with a focus on secondary resources. 

We would like to gather researchers and industry experts with activities and/or interest in secondary resources and hope to see you all in Trondheim in March. The presentations from industry and academia, including MiMaC-associated researchers, will focus on ongoing projects in resource characterisation and analytical opportunities and capabilities. The program facilitates interaction and networking between participants.

Place: Clarion Hotel Brattøra, Trondheim
There will be lunch both days, and all participants are invited for dinner in the hotel restaurant March 13th.
