Admission requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent education.  

  • An average grade equivalent to a Norwegian C. 
  • specialisation in mathematics equivalent to 30 credits. 
  • Applicants with 20 credits in mathematics can also apply. The applicant will then be assessed individually for admission.

If you do not have a mathematics course of 10 credits, you need to take this early in the master’s programme.  

We expect you to have previous knowledge of programming. 

This is an international master's program taught in English. 
You meet the language requirements in English if you have completed Norwegian upper secondary school.
