Course content
This course emphasizes the advancement of students’ professional competence in physiotherapy practice. Students will further develop clinical skills, enhance their ability for clinical reasoning and critical reflection, and strengthen their independence in professional decision-making. The course engages students in complex clinical scenarios that foster the refinement of expertise and professionalism required in clinical settings. Learning activities are designed to support physiotherapeutic assessment and intervention in collaboration with patients and their families, grounded in examination, goal-setting- and evaluation processes, and interdisciplinary work. Central to the course are change management and health education strategies, with a focus on promoting patient empowerment and health literacy. The course includes a nine-week clinical placement.
