Course content
Review of key organizational features of sport and school (linked to physical education and sports subjects), and key organizational theories.
The focus will be on communication, knowledge sharing and power structures related to sports and physical education. Throughout the course, concrete organizational issues for sports and physical education will be worked on.
Learning outcome
Knowledge:
- The student should gain insight into the different organizational theories. Students will gain insight into the organization of sports and physical education, both locally and nationally.
Skills:
- Students should be able to analyze organizational challenges within physical education and sports, and discuss different solution strategies at various levels of the organization.
