Course content
The Master Thesis is usually done in one of the research fields of the department. As a rule, the work is done during the 5th year of study, normally in the 10th semester. Students should plan the choice of the courses as early as possible in order to take courses that are both relevant for the field of specialization and give a certain breadth.
Learning outcome
Work on the Thesis is the core of the Master program. The Master Thesis should be an independent scientific work (that could be in the form of a survey) where the student shows understanding of the current research and/or relevant theories and methods that are important with respect to the topic of the Thesis.
