About the course
Course content
The course is a theoretical and practical course in psychological research project development. The course focuses on critical reflection as well as sound and responsible research choices, for a specific research project as well as for the broader research community.
Learning outcome
Knowledge: After completing the course, a student will have acquired knowledge of, and the rational for, principles for developing and translating a research design into a research project. This includes critically evaluating research by others and self-critique inthe development of a research project.
Skills: A student will have acquired an ability to plan a research project based on reflection and sound choices within psychological research (e.g., pre-registration, ethical considerations).
General competence: A student will have established a foundation for independent analytical thinking and critical reflection for research within psychology, applicable both for understanding and producing research with a foundation in Psychology.
