The assessment consists of a written exam (80%) and work (20%).

The written exam is given only in English.

The work will be performed as group work. The groups consist of 5 to 6 students, who will analyze a work process (teaching at NTNU) and suggest improvements with the help of information systems.

The groups must submit a report summarizing the work. The report must be a maximum of 25 pages. The groups have the opportunity for two sub-deliveries before the deadline, where they receive feedback on the delivered sub-results.

Re-take of the course can be carried out for individual partial assessments without all partial assessments having to be taken up again.

If there is a re-sit examination, the examination form may change from written to oral. The re-sit examination for the school exam is held in August.

In the event of voluntary repetition, fail (F) or valid absence, the entire portfolio must be retaken in a semester with teaching.
