About the course
Course content
The specialization project will address actual development challenges in companies. Choice of project will be mentored by the supervisor and has to be approved by the department.
Learning outcome
This is a compulsory course for students in their 5th year taking Strategic change management as their main profile. The topic will increase the students skills in developing in-depth insight into core issues of organization theory and change management, relate to an external organization/company in a professional way, search for relevant information for their scientific work and develop their own position within the theoretical fields.
Learning methods and activities
The project is a large written exercise. There will be regular supervision meetings, in addition to students' independent work.
Required previous knowledge
Students that take this project course need at the same time to take TIØ4547 Strategic Management of Change, Specialization Course. In addition they need to have the following courses in the fourth year: TIØ4265 Strategic Management and TIØ4276 Management of Change.
