Course content
Two modules of 3.75 ECTS each shall be selected. The most relevant for this specialisation is TMR04- Experimental methods in marine hydrodynamics, TMR05-Numerical methods in marine hydrodynamics, TMR01-Dynamic analysis of marine structures, TMR02-Analysis of marine structures, advanced course, TMR03-Integrated dynamic analysis of wind turbines. Choice of modules depends on the selected specialisation and shall be approved by your supervisor for your project thesis (ref. TMR4520). If the modules Experimental methods in marine hydrodynamics and Numerical methods in marine hydrodynamics are not selected, TMR 4300 - Experimental and Numerical Hydrodynamics is recommended as an optional course.
Learning outcome
The subject shall give in-depth knowledge of important problems in hydrodynamics.
Learning methods and activities
The modules are lectured. In some moudles, lectures are supplemented with exercises, seminars or self-tuition.
Further on evaluation
To pass the course, two modules (3.75 SP each) must be individually passed. In a re-sit examination, both modules must be repeated.
