Norwegian Sign Language Education
Do you have a programme of professional study? Or do you want to combine Norwegian sign language with other subjects? This one-year programme give you a solid fundation in Norway's most exotic minority language. The teaching is practical, fun and highly visual.
This programme of study is for you who want to learn and communicate in sign language. You get a practical and theoretical introduction to Norwegian sign language - a visual minority language with its own grammar. It differs from other countries' sign language in the same way the spoken languages are different.
As a sign language interpreter you simplify the communication between the deaf and the hearing, you also contribute to equal opportunities and participation in the society.
