About the study programme
Industrial Cybernetics is a study for people who have a bachelor's degree in technology, such as chemistry, petroleum, medical technology, biotechnology, power, marine, production, security or the like, and who want to combine this education with cybernetics. NTNU offers the most reputable cybernetics studies in Norway.
The study program Industrial Cybernetics give a broad technological basis with theoretical and practical knowledge in observing and management of dynamic systems, specializing in a field of application determined by the bachelor's degree program.
The program will give basic knowledge of key topics in cybernetics, such as system theory, control engineering, automation, embedded computer systems, mathematical modeling, simulation and optimization.
