A Master's theses written in Physiology may investigate both plant and zoo physiology.

Plant physiology primarily provides topics within higher pants' physiology, both biochemical physiological directions and within growth and development physiology. The topics may involve basic physiological phenomena as well as problems from applied subjects within agriculture or environment protection. In zoo physiology, the main focus is on animals' functional adaptation to their external environment (ecophysiology). You may also write your thesis within zoo physiology with external supervisors, e.g. from other departments at NTNU.
