The Department of Information Security and Communication Technology offers the following Master educations

The program is mainly taught in Norwegian, but all courses in the fifth semester are taught in English to accommodate for incoming exchange students.

Master programmes

The Department of Information Security and Communication Technology offers the following Master educations

Both the MSc in Information Security and the Experience Based Master’s in Information Security are offered as full time and part time studies, in order to accommodate for studies in combination with professional careers.

PhD programmes

The Department of Information Security and Communication Technology offers the following PhD educations

The students enrolled in the 5-year MSc in Communication Technology the department also offers an integrated PhD in Telematics starting from the 4th study year.

PhD studies

Supervised doctorates are the highest degrees that the university awards for research. The research is carried out under the immediate supervision of staff members. The education and training provided result in graduates with the capacity to conduct independent research that is both original and of high international quality.

For students enrolled in Communication Technology, the department also offers an integrated PhD starting from the 4th study year.
