Welcome to Nordic Physics Days 2015 June 9-12 in Trondheim, Norway

The Nordic Physics Days is a conference for both researchers, teachers and students in physics. The venue is the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Trondheim. This meeting is the fourth in a new series of Nordic Physics Meetings established as a collaboration between the National Physics Societies in the Nordic countries. The first meeting was held in Copenhagen in 2009, the second in Helsinki 2011, the third at Lund University in 2013.

Registration fees are in NOK and include 25% VAT. Registration fees include Welcome Reception, lunches and refreshments during breaks.

Fee, early and late

Please note that early registration ends up on April 29th.

Late Registration rates will be applied from April 30th. All late fees will increase with ordinary NOK 1000 / students NOK 500.

Deadline for registration: June 1, 2015

Cancellation

Registrationes are binding. There will be a Cancellation Fee of NOK 400 for cancellations received by April 30. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after April 30. Substitutes from the same organisation will be accepted without extra charge. Please notify the secreteriat.

Airport shuttle

The easiest transportation to and from the airport is by airport shuttle Flybussen (Nettbuss) or Værnes-ekspressen (Unibuss). Airport bus service serves all hotels in Trondheim city center. Price and schedules: Flybussen and Værnes-ekspressen.
