The IT User Support Section is responsible for supporting NTNU's students and staff with a range of services. User support is available via service desks, telephone or email. The section is lead by Frode Vinje

Campus IT Gjøvik

Campus Gjøvik's local IT support. The team is available at the service desk and provides on-site support for IT clients, technical equipment in lecture halls, digital meeting rooms, data networks, and printers.

The group is organized under the Section for IT Support and serves the Gjøvik campus with both operations and support. The group leader is Einar Jørgen Haraldseid.
