Workshops
BLINK offers a variety of workshops that can be customized for both large and small groups of employees, scheduled at your convenience. Our workshops are designed to inspire action and encourage meaningful dialogue among participants. You can explore our workshop options here! BLINK can provide a suitable room, a facilitator, and a "secretary" who will send a summary after the workshop concludes.

Through the workshop, participants will become more familiar with the genre, develop a concept for a podcast episode or series, and receive an introduction to the studio and software for recording and post-production. The program can also be part of group training in subjects where students create podcasts as a learning activity or assessment form. If desired, the mandatory introduction to the Podcast Box (R1333) can be included in the workshop.
The program focuses on Artificial Intelligence (AI), teaching, and exams, aiming to equip both academic and administrative staff to engage in discussions about AI with students, particularly regarding generative AI and language models. The exercises and slides will be directly applicable to teaching situations, making them valuable additions to teachers' toolboxes. As in previous workshops, this session will encourage dialogue among participants to initiate, continue, and deepen their work with AI.
BLINK has developed a project modeling tool based on the "Business Model Canvas" created by Osterwalder and Pigneur, which has been adapted for use in academia. This tool helps strengthen the coherence between different elements of a project. It can be utilized at various stages of the application process, starting from the idea stage and continuing throughout the project duration. Additionally, it can serve for thematic reviews, such as conducting an overall risk assessment for the project or as a foundation for addressing specific elements that require improvement in the application.
The purpose of this workshop is to serve as an introduction to conversations and discussions about privacy.
The content can be customized to address various topics based on the specific needs of the academic community. We will also reference training modules from the research data helpdesk.
Find additional information about privacy and GDPR (in Norwegian).
If you want to work more systematically with student involvement and innovation, this workshop will guide you in incorporating student voices into your projects. The workshop is suitable for working on quality development in teaching, project development, and task design. The program can be tailored to meet your specific needs or to accommodate the student group you wish to engage.
