The area plan has not yet been finally decided. One aims for completion in December 2019.

The area plan was first treated in the municipality of Ålesund in June 2017. The area plan has been to consultation, and according to Ålesund municipality there has been considerable processing of the plan. Among other things adjusted public traffic point and new student house. This will be processed for a second time this spring, and one is expected to complete the work by the end of 2019.

27. June 2017: The area plan was first treated.

8. March 2017: Deadline for comments on notice of extended planning area (was sent out to interested parties and announced on 31 January 2017).

4. October 2016: The planning programme was decided in the Plan and building Committee, Ålesund municipality.

10. May 2016: Plan start: The planning programme was sent to consultation by the Planning and Building Committee (PBU) in the meeting 24.5.2016. Startup notification was sent to interested parties, announced in “Nytt i Uka” 1.6.2016 and on the municipality’s website.
