About

My research interests focus on the mechanics of materials, bioinspired engineering and additive manufacturing. Much of my works has been on improving the understanding of design principles of natural materials. Innovative architectured materials, mechanical metamaterials and biological materials are designed analytically, numerically and experimentally.
