Kjell Olav Skjølsvik is Innovation Manager at Department of Marine Technology and in SFI Autoship. Kjell Olav has his M.Sc. from Department of Marine Technology in 1990. He has extensive  experience from innovation activities from different roles in previous work for DNV, Enova SF and MARINTEk (now part of SINTEF Ocean). In DNV Kjell Olav was project manager for technology qualification on several projects, and in Enova SF he managed the investment support program for demonstration of new technologies.

SFI Autoship

SFI Autoship is an 8-year research-based innovation centre that will contribute to Norwegian players taking a leading role in the development of autonomous ships for safe and sustainable operations.

EU Horizon CSA LORELEI-X

Through LORELEI-X, the Cyprus Marine and Maritime Institute is joining forces with DTU and NTNU, world R&I leaders in the area of marine robotics

FME Martrans

Norwegian R&D centre for Maritime Energy Transition (MarTrans) is a collaborative project with 65 partners within maritime industry. The focus is on research, innovation and education to accelerate the energy transition within the shipping industry.
