The recording from our recent FME BATTERY webinar on sodium ion (Na-ion) batteries is now available.

In this webinar, David Wragg (IFE) presents recent research from FME BATTERY, with a particular focus on advances within Na-ion technology. He outlines how sodium ion batteries are starting to emerge as a viable commercial product, and how ongoing materials research aims to make them a serious competitor to established lithium ion technology.

The seminar focuses on anode material development, covering both current state of the art solutions such as hard carbon and novel material approaches, including alloying and conversion/alloying materials.

The webinar was held in English and is relevant for researchers, industry actors and others interested in next generation battery technologies.
