Health Economics focuses on how to make the best use of scarce resources in the healthcare system to deliver as much health as possible to as many people as possible. It involves prioritizing resources to ensure quality healthcare services and equitable access and distribution of healthcare.
Brief description of our goals
In the research group for health economics we collaborate to:
- Enhance knowledge about prioritization and health economic methods.
- Serve as a discussion forum for individuals interested in health economics to:
- Stay updated on the latest research developments.
- Follow and engage in public debates.
- Be a robust community that researchers and projects can rely on when incorporating health economic methods into their studies.
- Organize seminars on health economics.
