Authors of accepted papers must submit their final version of the Abstract. The Abstract should be no-longer than one page. The Abstracts must be submitted via Speaker Portal. As the submitted Abstract will be included in the Book of Abstracts of the Conference, please follow precisely the instructions provided.

Guidelines for final abstract submission

• If your paper has been accepted for presentation, click the Speaker Portal link.
• You will be asked to log in to the Speaker Portal. Use your access key;
• Click "Show abstract/Full Manuscript" and follow the instructions given. You will need to fill in the information about Paper Number, Author(s) and Affiliation(s), Title, and Abstract text;
• The abstract text should be clear with correct spelling and good sentence structure;
• The online system then embeds your abstract in a PDF file including the automatic generation of the POAC Proceedings header. The outcome is a complete abstract PDF file;
• We recommend that the abstract PDF file is thoroughly checked, in particular with regard to the list of authors and affiliations, before submission in order to avoid last minute changes;
• If the conversion of your abstract fails, please specify your problems, we will then take care of solving these problems.

Accepted Paper Submission

Deadline: April 15, 2015

A final version of the accepted paper must be submitted via Speaker Portal. You are kindly asked to prepare your abstract as PDF file locally on your own computer, using the template (pdf) (doc), and then replace your updated manuscript in Speaker Portal - "Show abstract/ Full Manuscript". We encourage you to make use of the templates available to produce a high quality paper. These will be available online, and to search engines.
