FP1 Enabling and Competing Technologies

FP1 Enabling and Competing Technologies

FP1 will provide information about flexibility technologies that together with hydropower will shape the energy mix in the markets for flexibility.

The work will define methodologies for comparing technologies given relevant criteria considering important policies for areas such as CRM, Taxonomy, footprint (emission, land and water), contribution to energy security, autonomy biodiversity, circularity etc. How and which will be decided in the project.

In addition the work will contribute to the knowledge based debate on development of the energy systems and provide data and technical constraints for modelling of technologies in other workflows in RenewHydro.
