Knowledge
The candidate is able to:
- explain the concepts of digitalisation and digital strategy, and describe digital business models
- identify and implement strategic analysis internally and externally in the organisation
- discuss strategic use of automisation, Business Analytics and social media
- identify opportunities and challenges connected to outsourcing, organising and management as a part of a digital strategy
Skills
The candidate is able to:
- contribute in planning and carrying out a digital strategy
- identifying strategic opportunities for digitalisation
General knowledge
The candidate is able to:
- demonstrate understanding about why organisations need digital strategies
- have insight into how digital strategies can be created
Learning methods and activities
Lectures, video lecture and group-based project.

Group-based project and project delivery.
All students in the group normally receive the same grade based on the group submission. In special cases where a student has not contributed sufficiently, the student may be given an individual grade based on documented lack of effort and/or workload.
In the event of voluntary repetition, fail (F) or valid absence, the entire course must be retaken in a semester with teaching.
