Course content
Academic content must be agreed with assigned supervisor within the field.
The project work can be designed as a startup project for the master thesis.
Learning outcome
The candidate
- knows how to specialize in a selected, specific topic using scientific methods.
- is able to carry out a major independent project work, including preparing a project plan, reporting partial results and write a project report.
- is able to put together complementary knowledge from literature studies and other kinds of sources, and combine this with theoretical knowledge.

Independent supervised project work.
Further on evaluation
Project report including possible digital solutions. If fail there is no re-sit of exam.
Specific conditions
Admission to a programme of study is required:
Building Informatics and Wood Constructions (MIBIT)
Recommended previous knowledge
Completed first year of master in Building informatics and wood constructions.
Course materials
Relevant literature for the project work will be selected by the student (under supervision of the responsible supervisor).
