Combine deep biotechnological insight with practical food science to help build a greener, more food-secure future.

This two-year international master's programme combines deep biotechnological insight with practical food science to support the green transition and strengthen food preparedness.

What will you learn?

What will you learn?

After admission, you choose one of two tracks — Biotechnology or Food Science — built on a shared foundation in bioresource utilization, sustainability, and research methodology, with specialized knowledge in areas such as molecular biology, microbiology, food safety, and production management.

Through extensive freedom of choice in your study path, you'll learn to harness biological resources and processes to develop everything from new foods and vaccines to biofuels — skills in demand across key mainland industries and export sectors, where graduates play a central role in building circular solutions for the future.
