The Faculty of Humanities covers travel expenses for mandatory gatherings in the Norwegian Artistic Research School for PhD fellows in the PhD programme in Artistic Research. This also applies to externally employed PhD candidates, unless otherwise agreed with their employer.

The Faculty also covers travel and accommodation for supervisor gatherings organized by the Norwegian Artistic Research School for appointed internal supervisors for PHKUNST candidates at HF.

It is emphasized that travel related to mandatory gatherings must be carried out in accordance with NTNU’s travel guidelines, and that only mandatory activities through the national research school are covered.
