Academic prerequisites
BSc/BEng degree or equivalent in areas related to marine such as:
- Marine Technology
- Marin Biology
- Marine Biochemestry
- Aquaculture
Marine Technology background: Students studying Marin technology qualify to enter the MSc in Marine Coastal Development.
Biology background: In order to qualify to enter the MSc in Marine Coastal Development, students studing biology at the NTNU have to take the following courses

Preliminary Application Deadline
This deadline applies to international masters programmes, for applicants with an educational background from outside Scandinavia.
International Master's programmes – admission for Autumn 2012
Preliminary application forms will be available in October, 2011. Note that admissions procedures vary depending upon your educational background:
- The deadline for submission of the preliminary application is December 1, 2011 for applicants with an educational background from outside the Nordic countries. Admission procedures
