The English-language requirements apploy for all applicants; while the financing requirements do differ depending on the type of applicant you are.

Academic prerequisites

BSc/BEng degree or equivalent in areas related to marine such as:

  • Marine Technology
  • Marin Biology
  • Marine Biochemestry
  • Aquaculture

Marine Technology background: Students studying Marin technology qualify to enter the MSc in Marine Coastal Development.

Biology background: In order to qualify to enter the MSc in Marine Coastal Development, students studing biology at the NTNU have to take the following courses
