Process - Campus development
The way we work with campus development varies from project to project, and from phase to phase. During 2017 we finalized Phase 1: Aim, where we decided on the strategic direction for campus development.
In 2018 and 2019 we are working on Phase 2: Define. Here we are working more closely on what the campus will contain. There will be an overall plan for placement of buildings and connections. We will also define how different subjects and functions should be located in relation to each other.
As the project progresses, there will be a need for different types of involvement. We therefore have a “programme of involvement”, which is a guideline for who gets involved when and why. The involvement is aimed at four primary groups: End users, academic professionals, staff and student representatives, and decision makers. The main emphasis of involvement of the different target groups will vary from where we are in the project implementation. The group of people that are the main part of each target group will also vary.
