About KARMA

The KARMA project has developed, digitalised and launched a tool for qualitative mapping of diversity and inequality at the department and research‑group level.

This is an important innovation that will provide the necessary foundation for - and support the work on - equality and the promotion of diversity at NTNU and other Norwegian universities and research institutions

The KARMA tools were developed between 2024-2026 financed by the Norwegian Research Council. The project leader was Siri Øyslebø Sørensen, Professor, head of Centre for gender research at the Department of Interdisciplinary Studies of Culture, Faculty of Humanities at NTNU.
