Researchers want to have a good and productive work environment in their own research group. But how do you do that - and is it just one way to Rome?

In this webinar, you will meet researchers at NTNU who have experience in building research groups and contributing to career building for younger researchers. They will share thoughts on how they have formed a good working environment promoting others and their own careers.
