About the course

Course content

Good sleep is part of good health. A large proportion of the population suffers from insomnia, this can have consequences for the general health and well-being. Insomnia can contribute to an increased risk of other disorders such as cardiovascular disease and mental illness. The treatment requires active participation from the affected person and those around them. Welfare technology such as digital low-threshold services and sleep technology can be important tools for promoting good sleep health. The aim is that people with insomnia can feel both included and participating in society, and at the same time cared for where they live. This may contribute to a more sustainable health service..
