Procurement and Purchasing Section

The section is responsible for developing and managing NTNU’s procurement and purchasing area. It facilitates efficient, sustainable and routine purchases in accordance with applicable legislation and internal guidelines.

The section provides advice and guidance to managers and staff, manages framework agreements and other purchasing contracts, and contributes to sound governance and follow‑up of procurements across NTNU.
