Strategic Financial Governance Team

The specialist group is responsible for the overall and integrated financial management at NTNU.

The group serves as a strategic advisory body in financial management. This includes areas such as financial policy, reporting, investment planning, and the allocation and follow-up of funds.

They own NTNU’s financial model and support the entire organisation with forecasting, budgeting, variance management, and financial analysis.
