Strategic Financial Governance Team

The working group is responsible for the overarching and holistic financial management at NTNU.

The working group is a strategic advisory unit for financial management. This includes, among other things, financial policy, reporting, investment plans, and the monitoring and allocation of funds.

It owns NTNU’s financial model and provides support to the entire organization in forecasting, budgeting, variance handling, and financial analysis.
