International chapters

NTNU is an international university, with alumni in more than 100 countries.  As important partners for the university, they contribute every day to fulfilling NTNU’s mission and our vision of «Knowledge for a Better World».

Many of our alumni have key positions in business and organizations realevant to collaboration with NTNU. They also build bridges linking NTNU with inudstry and working life as well as with R&D all over the world.

Much of our international activity takes place in local networks. Our international chapters create bonds between NTNU and our alumni. They are also a resource for all the alumni in the network. They provide a social and professional meeting place – a shared arena where you can become involved as an NTNU person.

International mentors

NTNU value the commitment and expertise of our former board members of NTNU’s Alumni chapters. Even though his or her time on the board has ended, they are still of great value to NTNU. They can contribute with advice and guidance to members of the network in building an international career.
