Anette H. Lund
About
I have research and teaching interests within visual and material art, with an emphasis on sensibility, creativity, and exploratory practice. Much of my work is grounded in artistic research, where I combine my own artistic practice with written and analytical reflection, focusing on how practice-based aesthetic processes can support reflection and the creation of meaning.
In my teaching, I am particularly interested in aesthetic learning processes and how they can be used in teaching and educational practice, both as a method and as a way of understanding and developing knowledge. I am especially interested in how sensory and creative approaches can contribute to deeper and more interdisciplinary learning, increase student engagement, and support the development of critical and independent thinking.
I am also concerned with how material- and context-based practice can facilitate experimentation, exploration, and the development of individual expression, as well as how such approaches can be integrated into different learning contexts.
