Master projects

Each year, there are several proposed topics for doing master thesis at Marit. Most of the master projects are in collaboration with industry. However, the students are welcome to suggest their ideas. The possible fields of study can be related to the following,

  • Hybrid power and energy systems
  • Zero-emission and autonomous shipping
  • Control and stability issues in electric propulsion
  • Optimal design and operation of hybrid ships
  • Data driven modeling and digital twin
