PhD Forms - NTNU

On this webpage, you will find information and guidance on how to submit the form for admission to a PhD programme at NTNU. The form functions slightly differently depending on whether or not you are employed at NTNU.

For PhD Candidates Employed at NTNU

You are already employed in a PhD fellowship position at NTNU. Upon employment, you were granted conditional admission to a PhD programme, provided that you later submit the full research proposal, a plan for the coursework component, and an agreement on academic supervision. The form is used to collect this information.

For External Applicants (not employed as a PhD fellow at NTNU)

For external applicants, the form serves as an application for admission to a PhD programme. You must attach all required documentation, including a funding agreement and a research proposal.
