Multiphoton excitation imaging

For fluorescence and multiphoton excitation spectroscopic imaging the facilities at Centre for Molecular Imaging at NV (MINT) are being used.

This is housing

  1. Confocal laser scanning microscopes with META-detector spectral emission
  2. Multiphoton and SHG excitation capability
  3. Fluorescence correlation spectroscopy
  4. Custom made polarization control of excitation and emission

We have initiated plans to establish new laser based vibration imaging technology (SRS and CARS) as a complement to the existing CMI.
