Multiphoton excitation imaging
For fluorescence and multiphoton excitation spectroscopic imaging the facilities at Centre for Molecular Imaging at NV (MINT) are being used.
This is housing
- Confocal laser scanning microscopes with META-detector spectral emission
- Multiphoton and SHG excitation capability
- Fluorescence correlation spectroscopy
- Custom made polarization control of excitation and emission
We have initiated plans to establish new laser based vibration imaging technology (SRS and CARS) as a complement to the existing CMI.
