Research

BRU21 research is dedicated to enhancing value creation in the offshore energy sector. By integrating NTNU's expertise in digital technologies and offshore energy, including oil and gas, with insights and data from industrial partners, the program develops innovative digital and automation solutions that drive business impact. The research initiative encompasses PhD and PostDoc projects organized into six key areas, leveraging NTNU's digital proficiency throughout the various projects. The BRU21 portfolio includes a total of 46 PhD, PostDoc, and Researcher projects.
