Self-service portal

In the Self-service portal (DFØ), you can register working hours and absences, check payslips, submit travel expenses and apply for expense reimbursements. There is also an app version of the portal available. For more information and guidance, see the information page about the self-service portal.

Travel and travel expenses

All travel for NTNU must be booked through Berg-Hansen. Here you can book flights, trains, hotels and rental cars.

Before you travel you must familiarize yourself with and follow the guidelines for travel.

Travel expenses are submitted via the Self-Service Portal or the DFØ app. Here is a guideline for travel expense claims.

 

Illness

You must have been employed at NTNU for more than 2 months to use self-certified sick leave. If you become ill before two months have passed, you must obtain a medical certificate from a doctor.

If you become ill - or are at home with a sick child - you must notify your immediate leader as soon as possible. You must register your abscence in the Self-Service Portal.
